Where are the cheese lovers? The Gibbs box incorporates your favorite cheeses and meats! This box includes Mild cheddar cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, extra sharp cheddar cheese, red pepper filled with pimento cheese, sweet gherkin pickles, a pepperoni rose, peppered salami, sliced green apple, green grapes, dried cranberries, almonds and assorted crackers.. Photo shows servings for 4-6. If you choose to remove items, they will be replaced with other ingredients already included in the box.

Box Inspiration: My dear friend, known as “Gibbs”, is probably the most determined person I know. Although she is little, she is full of might and doesn’t take no for an answer. She works hard, is thoughtful and always there when you need her. We met as co-workers years ago but quickly became great friends.
